Renowned Chef Martin Yan, of PBS fame, will headline the evening with a cooking demonstration that is both fascinating and entertaining.
The evening features Valley Chefs: Rod Hansen, Liz Sanchez, Tony Lemus and David Vartanian in a hot and spicy cooking throw-down LIVE during the event. Celebrity judges Martin Yan and Ryan Jacobsen will select the winner following a taste test.
Guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres provided by each chef’s restaurant or catering company and will have the chance to vote for their favorite bite as well.
Local Valley farms will be on hand with lots of fresh produce for sampling and Valley Wineries and Breweries have been invited to pour tasting samples at the event.
Tickets are $50 each and include a wine glass and Meet and Greet with Martin Yan.
All proceeds benefit ValleyPBS.
The competition will be filmed for broadcast on ValleyPBS.
Chef Yan's Cookbooks and Signature Knife Set will be available for purchase.
