We are excited to share with you, that starting July 11th, we’ll be broadcasting a ValleyPBS byYou themed program the second Thursday of each month on ValleyPBS, channel 18.1. The show “ValleyPBS byYou: Stories of Our Community” will feature videos from the ValleyPBS byYou website. Chinatown Live
Chinatown Fresno hosted an event geared towards bringing the public out to sample the food and culture of the city’s historic neighborhood. Chinatown is located west of downtown in the area of F and Kern streets. Efforts are underway to help restore and transform the once lively area. Several restaurants that specialize in a variety of ethnic cuisine call currently call Chinatown home.

Fresno Water Tower Architecture Lecture
Heritage Fresno hosted a lecture at the Fresno Water Tower. Kathleen Cummings spoke about the architecture on the Fresno Water Tower. The tower is located on Fresno and O streets and was built in 1894.

ValleyPBS Ready to Learn partnered with Fresno Unified’s Parent University for Summer Learning Day. The hands-on learning day for kids and parents was held at Kings Canyon Middle School.
