Sequoia Symphony Orchestra

The Sequoia Symphony Orchestra is made up of professional musicians from the Central Valley. Based in Tulare County, many members of the orchestra are from Visalia, Tulare, Fresno and Bakersfield. The Sequoia Symphony, formally known as the Tulare County Orchestra, performs frequently at the Visalia Fox Theatre.

Kingsburg Historical Society: Courage and Compassion
The Kingsburg Historical Society hosted a national traveling exhibition about the Japanese American WWII experience. The exhibit chronicled the story of Japanese Interment during WWII and featured stories of Kingsburg’s local Japanese community.

Visalia Players: Boys of Broadway
The Visalia Players recently wrapped up Boys of Broadway at the Ice House Theatre. The family friendly show features local performers and music from classic Broadway shows like Guys and Dolls and Phantom of the Opera.

Ohana Comic Con
The Ohana Comic Con brings kid friendly Comic Cons to communities that may not typically have these types of events. The group will be hosting similar Comic Cons in Easton on February 25th, East Bakersfield on March 11th and in Los Banos on March 24th.
