ART

Three small letters that carry such profound meaning. Dance, painting, sculpting, crochet, quilting, acting, writing, the spoken word, the performance and composing of music, and most amazing, God’s creation. (YOU) Art is the expression of our hearts, our souls, and our minds, everyone is an artist in one way or another. (Yes, this means you!)

For me art is an expression of who I am, how I see the world, my emotions, and my faith in Christ Jesus. My favorite form is abstract. They are never planed out ahead of time, but happen as my hand and mind move. You will see bright colors, often contrasting light and dark. Shelby King has influenced the use of words in my art greatly. Many of my abstracts are reflection of my emotions at the time I make them. They allow me to express them in a way that words are not capable of. They reelect my desire for God’s mercy, love, justice and forgiveness to be evident in my life. The scenes express the joy I feel in the beauty of God’s creation.

I also express my art through music. Singing, percussion, guitar, bass and cello, and composing my newly started endeavor, Paul Quinn’s Mural and More. You can contact me at www.qunnfamilymail.com. You can also find my classical music at www.soundclick.com/musicalpaintingbypaulquinn, this is available in MP3 format to download for free. I have also written a book titled “Child of Promise The Elmairia Heritage” a Tolkien like adventure in which I believe my faith as a Christ follower is very evident. God has graced us all with talent, but greatest of all God has gifted us with his UNENDING LOVE!
