Tea Eggs


12 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/2 Cup Tamari
3 Cups Water
4 Star Anise Pods
1 Bay Leaf
1 TBL Black Peppercorns
3 Black Tea Bags
Strip of Orange Peel
Make Hard-Cooked Eggs ; crack the shells but
don’t peel.


Add the hard boiled eggs and the rest of
ingredients to saucepan and simmer for 1
hour. Drain and peel.
